Due to the pandemic, our life has changed all of a sudden. It has made some of the drastic changes in our daily life which would rather take years but thanks to the pandemic. Education has also faced this change. Earlier education was about going to school or University having books but not now. Now we are having a blend of online and offline studies. Leadership is the art of attracting people to follow your lead, willingly. If no one is following you then you aren't a leader. Just a dictator going for a walk, on your own. Leaders use influence, not coercion to change the mindsets of people. Leaders are both visionaries and missionaries. They see in their mind a better business, community, or situation and try to communicate how much better it can be but often without success. Their influence and confidence inspire followers or by the leader's confidence, they are allowed to act on their vision to see if it can be achieved. Often the followers are in doubt about whether the better outcome or vision of the leader is true but they follow them for their confidence and passion. A leader is always being judged by their outcomes, not the title.

Promoting Startups Under the Startup India Scheme

A Startup is a company in its initial stages of development, founded by entrepreneurs who aim to develop a unique product or service.

The Government of India has been taking major initiatives to build a robust startup economy. And for the better infrastructure of startup and growth of a business, a ministry has been created. Therefore various schemes have been introduced to assist emerging startups financially.

THE STARTUP INDIA

The startup India scheme is an initiative of the government of India in 2016. The primary objective of a startup is the promotion of startup, generation of employment, and wealth creation. Startup India has initiated several programs for building a robust startup ecosystem and transforming India into a country of job creators instead of job seekers. Troubles Encountered due to Miscommunication

Miscommunication leads to an argument or some sort of defensive behaviour, which instead of being a conversation, results in zero communication and major ego. It sets it back tremendously. It is far worse than not attempting to communicate at all, because when false communications in a person taking action in the wrong direction due to the inaccuracies, an opportunity may be lost to a new person, whereas saying that you don’t know the answer to a question is truthful and will not be offensive or create resentment.

Most people think that communication is a natural human attribute but NO, it’s a skill.

If you don't have better communication you have to suffer more in life. On the other hand, if you have good communication, you can handle any situation easily. It’s never too late to learn. Communication starts with listening (being interested in what the other person’s saying is helpful but not necessary). Once you know what it is they’re saying, then you...

Leadership is a Continuous Process

Leadership is a continuous process. As a leader, it is important to understand that you will need to always work on improving your skills. Times change and with that change comes new techniques and technology that will help you lead your team more passionately and effectively. Leadership is a skill. Lebron James is the best basketball player in the world but he still shows up to practice each day ready to improve.

Leadership is the art of attracting people to follow your lead, willingly. If no one is following you then you aren't a leader. Just a dictator going for a walk, on your own. The Essence of Festivals in Uniting People

Festivals for us are the chains that bind Friends, Families, and close relatives to spend more time together and hence lead to happiness and Love which boosts the quality of our Life.

In today's era where we all are running like crazy behind Materialistic things. Festivals are a welcome break for us to stop, smell the roses, and prioritize our Gogosland, what we want from life.

It is very easy to get carried away without a thought that makes us happy. Festivals for me are a time that takes the clock back and reminds me every single time what I need the most.

I think festivals help us learn the value and importance of our family, our relatives, and our loved ones. There is just a different vibe on the eve of festivals, you find yourself way happier and cheerful, you automatically start thinking about the fun you are going to have and the sweets or chocolates which you are going to eat and the rangoli which you are going to make. Everything seems perfect and blissful at the...

Should All Schools & Colleges Reopen Immediately? Why or Why NOT?

According to me, schools should be open with proper health guidelines given by the government, And yes, I think it's the right decision to do so, but I think the school shouldn't ask for the assignments and notebooks and projects, because it will be like an entirely new phase for the students being out of touch from reading and writing for almost 2 years now!

Schools and Colleges should reopen immediately because classroom studies are more effective than online learning through their mobile or laptop screens. Also, it harms our eyes as we're looking at a screen for almost 7– 8 hours a day (schools+tuitions+assignments)

Also, students are losing their confidence in asking questions, and students have become complacent & negligent because there is no interaction. They close their videos and mics but actually, they’re closing our minds from learning.

Students are thinking that looking for ways to excel in the online-held tests and passing in periodic exams is a good...
